Troy, the "Panda with a pan on his head", is a born and bread American. A New Yorker, to be precise. For a while now, he's ben selling his pancakes in the City of Panfu, featuring an unusual concept: he doesn't just call on his costumers to eat his fresh pancakes, but also to throw them. One pancake per hour. Once a day, there's a pancake fight! For a total of five minutes, you can throw as many pancakes as you like. 
His most loyal customer: Paul the Kid! He even managed to pull Troy and his entire Kiosk into his room by using his special powers.

What he likes:

Cleanliness (even if you couldn't tell by looking at him), mashed bananas, beating around the bush

What he dislikes:

Chaos, especially after the pancake fight

He loves Panfu, because

things are less hectic here than they are in New York.

His favourite Panfu memory:

On "Pancake Day", Troy revealed his favourite recipe to the Pandas: pancakes with banana filling!
